ITA : In Italia si continua a fare, come da tradizione e retaggio popolare, la macellazione a domicilio del maiale con lo scopo di preparare le conserve da usufruire tutto l'anno. Attualmente tale pratico con il classico "scannaturo" è illegale se prima il maiale non viene storidito con apposite attrezzature, Teramo 07/12/2013.
